I am thrilled that a friend referred Steve at Bowenwork. I was suffering from upper and lower back pain when I went in. After the first treatment I was 50% better, and after three treatments back to normal. Steve even helped with my knee and foot problems which are a lot better. Steve was recommended to me by a friend who has used his services.  By the time I saw Steve I had seen my Physician and had been to a highly recommended acupuncturist.  My lower back pain had been plaguing me for at least six weeks and I was getting very little relief from the medications and acupuncture.  I visited Steve and he assessed my situation and began his Bowenwork.  I could not believe the results; after the first session my back pain disappeared.  In the aftermath of the first session Steve told me not to feel pressured to return if I was feeling better.  I decided to return to have Steve help me with the tightness in my hamstrings and with some shoulder issues; I can honestly say that I have never felt better in my life. In addition to the visits he gave me some exercises that have helped me tremendously!

 Shortly after moving to our new house I injured my right knee going up & down stairs.  Three weeks of acupuncture & Physical therapy with not relief in sight I decided to try Bowen.   In just a short time I was back going up & down the stair as I should be.   Recommmended Bowen to all my friends all those who have try it have good reports.  I am sold on Bowen, no meds, or countless return visits.  I have me life back again.

I have had chronic back issues/pain for 15 years, 2 surgeries to fuse 3 vertebrae in my back and have begun to walk with a tilt. This of course gave me issues with my neck, I have spent the last year not looking anyone in the eyes because of the restriction in my neck. I have had 3 bowen sessions now and I must say my pain medication has been reduce, my range of motion has increased by 50%. I have been a big believer in Chiropractic or Massage therapy services for several years to help deal with my back and shoulder injuries. I have been either to a chiro or massage therapist once a week sometimes twice for the past year. A friend had talked me into trying BowenWork and I will say that after my first visit I was sceptical, the touch was so light it couldn't be doing anything for me. Two days after my visit my back had loosened enough I had to try a second visit. After my 4th visit, I have had such relief tha I have not been back to receive a Bowen session for almost two months! And I have not been back to a Chiropractor nor have I had the need to seek Massage therapy either! 
My next injury you can bet I will be back at BowenWork!
